About a month ago my husband and I went to this T-Mobile store hoping to switch over. The two ladies that helped us were great and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately after few days into having service with T-Mobile, we did not have service in areas where we normally would have service, so we switched to our old provider. Super disappointing with t mobiles servies. they bungled setting up my auto pay and suspended my services. then extorted a "reactivation fee" out of me. terrible experience thus far.

Hi, my name is Donald. I been a customer for about 3 months. It is a nightmare having to deal with t mobile. Because I get paid on the 3rd of every month, they are going to interrupt my service. This is the last day I will ever use t mobile. I'm going to tell everyone that I know how greedy they are.

Stopped by today (7-2-26 around 3pm) for some help on wife's phone after a mandatory text msg svc switch by Samsung. Couldn't have asked for nicer and more helpful svc. We were helped by 3 people and problem solved! Thank you Walla Walla T Mobile!

Never in my life have I had such terrible experiences will customer service and phone providers. The employees stand around and cannot answer basic questions. In fact, they are useless for everything outside of selling a phone case as we have to call support or use our app. Unhelpful, unfriendly, and overpriced.
