I switched from Cricket and it has been the worst decision. T-Mobile sucks. I constantly have issues receiving texts and it's extremely difficult to run certain apps. They constantly are loading and the frustration level is through the roof. Customer service is a joke. They are rude and don't listen. As soon as my phone is paid for, I am going back to Cricket.

Tmobile is the worst phone company I’ve ever worked with in my life. If you are a day late or maybe two on your payment because you forgot and you have 1 billion other things to do they straight up turn your phone off which is dangerous to people like me who have disabled children at home, they won’t work out payments with you. I had the pleasure of having Aero from T-Mobile help me with upgrading my older phone. I can't say enough good things about this young man, other than how proud his parents must be to have such a respectful, kind and caring son. He solved my cell phone issue that I came in for within seconds. I've been fortunate both times I've needed upgrading, ( I rarely need to stop in as I've had no issues), both times, I've had the pleasure of Alero being the one whose helped me. Went in to get a new phone and was blatantly LIED to about it. Was told I could not purchase a new phone without being an “Authorized User” and that the app wouldn’t even let me proceed. I proceeded to leave their building and go into the app myself and purchase it right then, without a “Authorized User”. They also told me the phone was out of stock, regardless of their website showing it was gaurenteed in stock. last updated that day.
