Stopped by today (7-2-26 around 3pm) for some help on wife's phone after a mandatory text msg svc switch by Samsung. Couldn't have asked for nicer and more helpful svc. We were helped by 3 people and problem solved! Thank you Walla Walla T Mobile!

Never in my life have I had such terrible experiences will customer service and phone providers. The employees stand around and cannot answer basic questions. In fact, they are useless for everything outside of selling a phone case as we have to call support or use our app. Unhelpful, unfriendly, and overpriced.

I switched from Cricket and it has been the worst decision. T-Mobile sucks. I constantly have issues receiving texts and it's extremely difficult to run certain apps. They constantly are loading and the frustration level is through the roof. Customer service is a joke. They are rude and don't listen. As soon as my phone is paid for, I am going back to Cricket.

Tmobile is the worst phone company I’ve ever worked with in my life. If you are a day late or maybe two on your payment because you forgot and you have 1 billion other things to do they straight up turn your phone off which is dangerous to people like me who have disabled children at home, they won’t work out payments with you. They want the full amount which is never correct, it’s never the price they quoted you. You should usually like three times more.
