I was hit with identity theft and have been fighting with T-MOBILE for two years. They've taken it to at least two collection agencies and reported it on my credit report. Someone opened an account in my name at one of their stores even though you need id to open an account. I've filed a police report and spent many hours working on this and overtime I think it's over I get a letter and a phone call from a new collection agency
Marissa was exemplary in helping us through a very sad situation. The suicide of our son. She sat at a table with us and offered condolences and gave us all the pertinent information we needed to cancel his internet by contacting the fraud department. The fraud department called the very next day. We would like to offer our thanks for Marissa’s sincere kindness and help.
