We wanted to sign up and the guy was very rude and disrespectful because I was asking to many questions. I left and went to T-Mobile location on East Wenatchee.
I wanted to get an upgrade ans was told I have to add a line to get a new phone. The guy told me I couldn't pay for it outright either, he said I have to finance! Don't waste your time. Unprofessional and rude people.
Horrible customer service
The employee didn't know what they were doing, claimed they could only see if I could set up monthly payments with my card, and they wouldn't refund me if it charged in error. And on top of that they were going to charge me five dollars just for paying in person. I looked afterwards online that there is an in-person-fee there since 2023. In that case why is their website not operational? It had done this to me for two months in a row, claiming their was an error on the server side.
