The employee didn't know what they were doing, claimed they could only see if I could set up monthly payments with my card, and they wouldn't refund me if it charged in error. And on top of that they were going to charge me five dollars just for paying in person. I looked afterwards online that there is an in-person-fee there since 2023. The one man was just so very very rude to a good friend of mine and I.
Clearly don’t care about existing clients. We’ve been with tmobile for 19yrs and they said they only give out new phones to clients that will add a line, otherwise I have to purchase online. Called tmobile call center and they said they’ve never heard of that
I am not one to write reviews but I have had a horrible experience here. I was given a phone from my brother, but my original carrier is through AT&T. The new phone was still locked with T-Mobile, so I joined T-Mobile in hopes that after the 40 days I could unlock the phone and transferred it over to my personal car carrier. Avoid This Location: Misleading and Unhelpful Staff About a month ago, my mother and I went to this T-Mobile store to start a new account and trade in our phones. The initial visit went smoothly. We were told we could either turn in our phones on the spot or take them home, transfer our data, and return them later at any T-Mobile store.
