Terrible experience, since I activated my account I am only having problems and having to discuss with the customer service. They requested services (second line, home internet) on my account without my consent and I am having to deal ever single month with the customer service. Don’t recommend!

All I wanted was a phone, however, literally everything they do during the process is to extract / scam as much money out of you. Was lied to about the costs of a tablet (supposedly free - was not free), had random costs/plans added to my account without explanation. I had to return to store and call multiple times to get it straightened out. Poor experience.

Horrible experience. One employee was on the phone with her boyfriend and the other was on Tik Tok. Gave us the wrong prices of the phones and ordered everything wrong. Had to call customer service to get it fixed. Went in the store today to order IPhone 13 Pro Max and when I called customer service the phone was never ordered because the employee didn't have me sign for the phone so it was going to be canceled anyway. Worst experience ever. Couldn’t believe I was in a TMobile store. Came to find they were an independent store so makes a bit more sense. Employee was mouthing off to one of the customers and asking them to step outside to take care of business. Manager didn’t seem to care and was rude and incompetent when helping me. Have been back to the store 3 times and as it stands they’re “escalating” it.
