Lack of communication regarding how they will resolve an error made at time of sale on their end. Feels like they're too focused on selling to new customers than to resolve issues post-sale. I would go elsewhere.
It's been THREE hours and the rep still doesn't have the info from a 8 gig phone transferred onto a new iphone 6plus. I am livid.
