I have not found one thing that has worked and nothing they say is right but always say what you want to hear.
I have been with Sprint for over 12 years and never had a problem until I started going to this place. Every time I brought my phone in to get repaired they told me nothing was wrong with it or I can get a new phone for over 300.00 or pay 150.00 for a refurbished phone through my insurance I have on my phone. Also when i went in to the location today one sales person I had was telling me how sorry he was for customer service reps for this company being stupid and how sorry he was that the tech team they have at this location... read more
