Sprint lies and their service sucks! Phone calls drop constantly and the customer care service is the worse. They switch you to Manager after manager who offers you an upgrade at a very high expense and insist to correct any problem you need to sign a new contract for two years. For what you get I give them a zero star Never again Sprint I am forever Verizon
