I bought a XR phone yesterday and Ayoub was very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, professional. And today I had a few questions with his co- worker and she, too, had similar qualities. Over all, I was very impressed.
Tried to go buy the iphone 11, without telling me the rep added on the sprint protection plan increasing the cost. I asked why it was higher than the advertised price and he informed me of the protection plan. I stated “I want only the phone nothing else” and he said he cant sell the phone without the plan. I called customer service and this is not true, the protection plan is optional. Of course I left and went somewhere else. Do not go to this place they scam people.
