Came into the store for just a simple question on my phone about how to turn WiFi calling off, the people were so friendly and helpful. Showed me some accessories for my phones and decided to buy some headphones, work wonderfully! Sam and Marie helped me out, they were both so wonderful and helped me set up my headphones to the Bluetooth on my phone! Problem fixed, new headphones and HAPPY costumer! Will definitely be buying more from these ladies!
The reps have no idea what they’re doing, they didn’t even look at my broken phone and sent me straight to the store on Ina, which doesn’t even repair phones! I’ve been all over town because they can’t get their information straight. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues like this, I’ve had them tell me about promotions that I don’t even qualify for so they can get a sale and when I try to go back to have them fix the issue they caused, they direct me to the store on Ina.
