I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years. I never had a problem upgrading my cell phone until I came to this store. I had an upgrade available on my cell phone and I chose a cell phone that was free over the internet and chose the option to pick it up at this store. I came in at the time of my appointment and Cameron the sales associate attended me.
