They’re helpless and can’t fix the issue a old employee did by adding ear pods to my account that I don’t even have cause she probably took them 😡
Nothing, wish I would have never changed to Sprint. Go into there main store and ask for help, they say just wait over there and they will call you. 10 employees , 3 customers. 15 minutes later I just left. Horrible ! Changing service this month !
