I went to sprint today to upgrade my device at this Stapley location and I have never been treated with such poor customer service in my life. As a manager myself, I cannot believe the level of disrespect and lack of service Jacqueline and Kristen provided today. I went online to upgrade my phone and called customer care to verify that my transaction could in fact be done and after waiting 30-45 min BOTH times I came in to be helped, both representatives told me they couldn’t help me.
