Worst customer service the guy there is slow and doesnt care about his job! What a slacker I must say. I'd rather drive an hour to West Phoenix to get better quality service!
Don't waste your time going here. Drive into Chandler to the Sprint Store at 5 4th and Ray. These guys will not back there product and will just pawn you off to the other store anyways. My new S4 caught fire on the 14th day. When I called the next morning they told me they couldn't help me even though I had taken the phone in after a week and told them there was a problem!
