New customer, was having connection issues. Moncie and Debra were fantastic, did whatever they could to fix the issues and follow up with tech on 611 should work out fine. All were patient and experienced in problem solving.
Poor customer Service I was a visitor out of town. I took my T-Mobile phone in because I had some questions about the account. No one asked if I needed help or question me. I sat there for almost a whole hour then got up and left.
Went there to get two new phones and the employee helping us didn’t tell us any promotions after asking her and she told us we can see them online and continued to sell us the phones we chose and let us walk out of the store knowing our phones were not connected and told us to wait a couple hours for them to activate so we drove home and 4 hours later we called text support and sat on the phone for an hour and a half to activate our phones.
