Complete waste of time. We walked in there to upgrade our mothers phone and Vanessa (name on the tablet she was carrying around) said she couldn't help us and we would have to do the process online. So we stood in the store and completed the process online with a T-Mobile rep. Once we completed everything online we told her and she walked to the back and gave us the new phone. Absolutely the worst service our family has ever had with T-mobile!! From someone texting me my Christmas present after my husband told them not to to them switching our entire account to OUR CHILDREN!! Could not get on to the Tlife app due to that happening and not being able to do ANYTHING!! ZERO HELP! We switched to Verizon and have not been happier!! Also saving about 100 on 5 lines...
