The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. My son lost his phone and the associated couldn’t be bothered with my questions. I wanted to see what inventory they had and he said place the order first the vault is in a timer and then I’ll tell you if I have it. His delivery is terrible! Everything I asked was something he couldn’t do. I’ve been to MANY stores I’ve never been treated like this associate treated me. He clearly shouldn’t be in sales.
Monse helped my mom and I for over 2 hours with admirable patience and exceptional customer service. We are not very tech savvy and Monse took care of everything for us. We have not had customer service like this since before covid! I think SHE DESERVES A RAISE; she’s exceptional! Please extend our greatest gratitude to her, if I had a company I’d hire her in a heartbeat, these are the kind of employees you take care of!
Sat here for hour and still haven't been helped just to exchange my 110 outlet charger.
After a shaky change over from Sprint to TMobile a few years when Sprint was bought out, I have not stopped back into a TMobile store until yesterday. I ordered a phone with new line on the web and went to pick it up. Luis greeted us and was very personable and helpful with getting us all set up. He was sure to mention free upgrades available to my account without being pushy. Happy with the experience at this location.
