Sat here for hour and still haven't been helped just to exchange my 110 outlet charger.
After a shaky change over from Sprint to TMobile a few years when Sprint was bought out, I have not stopped back into a TMobile store until yesterday. I ordered a phone with new line on the web and went to pick it up. Luis greeted us and was very personable and helpful with getting us all set up. He was sure to mention free upgrades available to my account without being pushy. Happy with the experience at this location.
Complete waste of time. We walked in there to upgrade our mothers phone and Vanessa (name on the tablet she was carrying around) said she couldn't help us and we would have to do the process online. So we stood in the store and completed the process online with a T-Mobile rep. Once we completed everything online we told her and she walked to the back and gave us the new phone.
