Extremely Rude and Dishonest. This store did not apologize at all for the miscommunication that they were responsible for. They kept putting the blame on Asurion the warranty company. I spoke to Asurion and they said it is the stores responsibility to tell me about my Galaxy S8 no longer being water resistant after having my screen replaced. Sprints customer service 1800 # was extremely apologetic and even told me it was the stores responsibility to let me know and the store should replace my phone. They denied the whole sit... read more
