Was told my bill would be under 200, well to begin with the monthly bill was 209 but began to increase until it got to 230. Now my bill is 230 a month for just 2 lines. I have contacted 2 other sprint stores, over facebook, about this and they blocked me from their page. Seems pretty unprofessional if you ask me. If i could afford the unnecessarily large cancellation fee i would be cancelling our contract, but will definitely be switching to metro pcs after our contract because this is a rip off.
Terrible service today. Walked in on an employee smoking marijuana out the back door of the store, which made the whole store reek of skunk. Usually I wouldn't be mad about this but my 15 year old sister witnessed it which is a problem. The employee continued to get an attitude with me for making her do her job and continued to make fun of me over my shattered screen. I was looking to get an upgrade with cash in hand but the store only had pink iPhones in stock.
After going to 3 different Sprint stores, this store had a great selection and amazing customer service. Whitney was so helpful and helped upgrade our phones quickly without rushing us. ��
