I came into the store to see about an upgrade. Bridney McCain was so helpful in that process and I knew when it was time to activate and transfer from my old phone to my new, I'd be back for her to assist. Thanks to Aliyah Rosales and Alexis Hillebrand too. These three women were fun and did everything they could to finally transfer my photos, apps, contacts and messages. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Thank you!
Always helpful, but the sales guy had no clue. I left for another TM location.
If you get Tmobile, it would be a headache and a half just to try to cancel it. I got a device that I never worked and I am trying to cancel it yet the only way to cancel stuff is through a phone call yet they keep hanging up on me, making it impossible to cancel the thing I pay for that NEVER EVER WORKED!
Friendly staff helped hubby get a new phone on warranty. FYI moto razr removed the black screen from the new make because Samsung won't replace it. Flip phones are not what they were in the 90s. I advise against the new ones until they sort out the screen issues.
