Caleb, Jostin and Cameron are excellent representatives for your company! I have elderly parents who live hours away from me, one who is blind and the other with Alzheimer’s and they frequently have issues (of their own making) with their phones. When it is not a simple fix I can help with over the phone, they go to the store for help. They are always treated with kindness and respect. Terrible customer service. Basically tried to rush me out of the store when they were not busy at all and told me to go to the other location which was 10 times worse…
They care, about service and customer. They also back up , there products. See T-mobile.
