Been a customer of Sprint for over 15 years. This store once someplace I appreciated for the good service is now one of the most worthless stores in existence. Go to Verizon , Tmobile, Even ATT is better believe it or not. They just dont care, are rude.

I love this store. If you go, see Aaron Bennit, he is very nice. I had a smashed screen on my evo and he offered to replace it for $50 cash instead of me having to pay the $100 insurance. I sent a buddy down there as well and he also did it for the same price for him.

Best customer service! – I have been a Sprint customer since they merged with Netel about 4 years ago. I have not had any issues with their service or phones since the merge. I recently visited this location to upgrade to the EVO 3D. I immediately greeted by an associate named Michael B., he was very helpful, energetic and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in explaining some of the plan changes (4G service) and let me know what to expect on my bills. He also showed me some basics on how to use my ne... read more

Worst Customer Experience Ever! – I had an issue with my phone of less than 4 months not consistently charging. I decided to take it into Sprint to see if they could look at it. First thing that kind of pissed me off is that when the CSR was pulling the battery case off he fumbled my phone dropping it to the ground. This is the first time this phone had ever been dropped. Terrible terrible terrible – Every review shared thus far is absolutely true. I am an 8 year customer and this is by far one of the worst stores (and that is saying a lot in a company notorious for horrible customer service). Avoid at all cost. I will now drive twice as far to avoid these folks.

Terrible Service - Consistently Terrible – I have been to this store on several occasions. You have to get your name on a list, just to speak with someone. Then you have to wait...and wait...and wait.... I needed to pick out a phone. I called Sprint to complain and they suggested that I set up an appointment! An appointment to buy a phone to go with a plan that I signed up for earlier in the day with a rep over the phone?!! It was an estimated 25 minute wait.
