I had a terrible experience at this location. The Rep named Will was dismissive, defensive, and came off pretty aggressive. I was calm and just had a few questions about trading in my phone. He pretty much suggested that I should figure it out without walking me through the steps. He even went so far to correct my dialect and the way that I speak which felt belittling as a loyal customer of over 14 years.
