My husband and I have been a loyal customer for 11 years. Decided to upgrade and was lied to be a rep. Rep stated we were eligible for the Galaxy 9 and 9 s plus for $11 and $14. Check the phone bill and was very disappointed�. Called customer service and was told the upgrade is for new customers only �. We have spent almost $200 just for upgrading and fees. Call the store and was placed on hold and no came back to the phone. We will e returning everything and leaving. Thanks for showing great customer service.

Employees were very unprofessional! A lady was helping another customer and she asked her co worker to assist me she said in front of me “ no I’m working on some one else” ! The customer service is horrible there ! I will not return .. I decided too leave and I went across the agree to Best Buy and was able to get my son a new phone.
