We visited Sprint Monday evening to upgrade our phones, spent over $200. and they installed the protective glass shield over the screen. Yesterday, Tuesday, I spent the whole day at home, when later on in the day I noticed there was a crack on the edge of the glass shield. Today I went back to ask if they could replace it, after all, it was their poor application that the shield had cracked.
