I went there to get some help on my phone and the young lady that was supposed to help me was on her phone texting more than she was trying to help me. She even mentioned who she was texting and talking to that you know I’m doing this against the rules so she knew she was doing wrong. I finally got up and left.

I had a very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile store. The manager, Keisha, was extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to return a product well within the 14-day return period. Instead of assisting or even explaining the policy clearly, she lied about the return policy and refused to speak with me further when I asked to involve T-Mobile customer service. My phone carrier is teen mobile and I recently went in cause I was have problems with my phone this is the first time I've ever had in 10years somone as patient and kind and helpful as this woman was I think her name was Keisha she was the manager.wow I was so impressed .she really cared about me and my problem she needs. Raise.keep up the good work the store was sooo clean God bless
