I was extremely pleased. The service was very fast and efficient. I spent less than 20 min from start to finish in the store. They helped me and understood the process. They was my fourth attempt to purchase a phone. Will be back to this store in the future.

Here is the Scoop! Had there service,kept having Internet issues so I changed to cheaper $30 a month Service. But what gets my goat is that fact I was blind sided with their new commercial of almost half of what I was paying. My question: why didn't they reach out to me, as their customer to tell me about their new deal? I will tell you why? Because they don't tell you that you have to have their mobile service to get the deal. Oh Yeah! Don't mention it. Sorry, it made me....not smile. Pathetic customer service, never expected from T-Mobile anytime. This is a new T-Mobile all together. Tried to return my old equipment from recently discontinued wifi service and they are not ready to take it back, even though it is cancelled and as per email I can drop off to any T-Mobile store. This is my third store and one or another reason not to take the equipment back, I am going to report this to fcc and T-Mobile X account as well.
