The couple of times I had to recently go in, each time was top tier customer service! These young men and women employees at this location should be getting some type of bonus/raise compared to what customer service is looking like nowadays!!!!
I walked in, shocked at how packed the store was... However, the vibes were very cozy and welcoming! Keisha wasted no time inquiring about my visit. Not only did she greet me in a timely manner, she helped me every step of the way (LITERALLY) with upgrading and getting everything switched over to my new device (accessories and all).
