Pathetic customer service, never expected from T-Mobile anytime. This is a new T-Mobile all together. Tried to return my old equipment from recently discontinued wifi service and they are not ready to take it back, even though it is cancelled and as per email I can drop off to any T-Mobile store. This is my third store and one or another reason not to take the equipment back, I am going to report this to fcc and T-Mobile X account as well.
The people was very professional and silly… I really enjoyed my experience at this store I will definitely be back to do any of my business here. There also was a man in the store giving the employees a hard time and really talking disrespectful to them his name was Kuresh Kapadia. He was talking to the lady like she was a piece of garbage. He had no respect for the employees

My visit to T-Mobile was great thanks to OB who helped me. He was welcoming, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied.
