I came in with my mother the morning of 11/29/25 to get a new phone. Andrew was the sales associate that assisted us. He was 110% amazing. He was very knowledgeable and made the process seamless even when my mother didn’t know a few of her passwords. My mother has been dreading getting a new phone and Andrew made it a BREEZE. The customer service retail world needs more Andrew’s.

Went with every intention of switching 3 phone plans & adding home internet. Walked away with nothing because of all the “fine print”. Biggest issue thinking internet would be $50 max but being told it would be $167. No better than Verizon or AT&T.

I tried their at home internet and it wasn't to the quality I wanted, I was bounced between 3-5 people to cancel said account - 2 months later I got a debt from a debt collector. The T-Mobile people at their call center acknowledged my free trial was cancelled in the allotted period and still refused to retract the debt.

Every time I go here I leave without what I came for a an hour of my life missing. Came in to get a new phone, told them I'm just looking to buy a new phone out right and wanted to know what deals were going on for the phone I wanted. Long story short they signed me up for a new plan so that I could get the one I came into buy (been here for 30-40 minutes at this point) he has me download the app to make the purchase and then tells me that the phone isn't part of the promotion.
