Update to my previous review. I have called Sprint customer Service 2 times now and put a formal complaint in, I then looked at my bill and realized that I was not given the discount Angela H promised, I was charged the activation fee that she said "oh no you will not be charged that I will make sure all you are charged in 10.00 extra", and oh yeah the Upgrade fee was also billed that I was never told about. GET READY TO GET HOSED !!!!! – My brother went to this location to add a Sprint wireless hotspot to his plan (he already had a an EVO phone). The salesperson FLAT OUT LIED TO HIM about the added expense that would appear on his bill. The guy filled his head all full of this crap about getting a 20 percent discount (because he was a St Louis City employee.) on oth the phone bill that he already had and this hotspot - according to his numbers my brothers bill should have risen only $25.
