I highly recommend not going to this location. This place is a joke. Sometimes I go in and get a knowledgeable person, but that's rare. Bought a htc m8 almost a couple months ago. Went back the next week because I wasn't getting 4g and I only have 14 days to return/exchange. The employee told me that it had something to do with the towers and the phone is fine. So I called Sprint on an unrelated topic and just mentioned the 4g. The lady was friendly and knowledgeable (which is not the norm). She said that I've never gotten 4... read more
