Martin the Store Manager was very helpful. Had a broken phone and even though they are just setting up the service and repair he was able to get me an early upgrade to a new phone. They were very friendly and helpful. For being the only store around for miles it was great o get such nice service.
I have visited the Salisbury store many times as I am a Sprint customer. I have had to put up with the most unhappy looking group of people in any phone store I have ever been in. Besides me, four other customers walked into the store while I was waiting and none of us received a greeting or even a friendly glance. I waited thirty minutes before a sad faced young man showed up from the back room to help out the other two associates.
