Wow.... I have never met a jerk as big as the person working on 11/9/2014 at 2:00pm. Wanted to argue with me about everything I was saying, and also tried to tell me he was the owner of the store. I have learned that (since he repeatedly told me they were NOT affiliated with Sprint, yet all they sell is Sprint Products) the company that owns this location is WireFree LLC. This particular location has the worst set of employees.Their service is nothing to write home about, employees always on personal calls, they barely can answer your questions or fix most of their defective phones.I rather drive 20miles to Glenburnie where it's employees always have a good attitude and can resolve problems efficiently.
