2 weeks ago I went into the store and got the free IPhone 11. I was told I had 30 days to send in my current phone that I was trading in. Turns out that was a lie it needed to be turned in at time if transaction. Beware! She told us we had 30 days to send it in but as soon as we went in to talk to them about the $30 charge she said she never said that and then disappeared to the back room and didn’t come back out. How do you flat out lie? Do you have quotas to meet?
too many hidden policies, not straight forward.. pre-ordered phones n wasn't able to get them even though they were already pd for... wasted gas n time running back and forth because they can't get things straight didn't get what I pd for because they had "policies " change n I had to pay more and other things... I've never had this many problems in the 10 years I've been with sprint..
RecommendedI went to the east mason location today, and was in the store for almost 20 minutes. got nowhere! they couldn't answer my questions, couldn't help with my bill, couldn't figure out my upgrade. they were very unprofessional kids, kept on talking in Spanish amongst themselves, talking down on us thinking I didn't know what they were saying because im white. we ended up just walking out on them. went to a different location (by bay park square mall on Oneida) and it was like night and day!! they helped out with everything! foun... read more
