The guys were friendly but could not give me a straight answer on how much I would be paying per month with a new phone. Kept giving me the run around. Rather frustrating. Us Cellular was better without the merger

T mobile is absolute garbage!!!! I bought my phone outright and they turned it off without any warning. Now they are saying it’s going to take TWO WEEKS to unlock my SIM card. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!!
