Horrible experience. We went in to buy 4 new phones (2 IPhone 16 +, 1 Samsung 6 Flip and 1 Samsung 6 Fold) and dude (Demetrius) profiled my husband and I and asked us not to go in and out of store? Mind you it was over 80 degrees in there. All my husband did is open the door ONCE and tmobile worker LEFT the customer he was helping to come tell us to stop going in and out. Came to the store and received excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the service I received by Demetrius. He walked me through the process and helped me greatly.
