This service is terrible Especially the customer service so bad you get no where and they hung up on me twice terrible! Would never recommend Team Moblie Go to Spectrum much better!!
Employee was not helpful at with my problem never even asked for my phone number now will need to come back tomorrow and next Employee is more helpful
Went to T-Moble to upgrade two phones. Customer Service Rep Rubi was outstanding. I'm not tech smart. Rubi took her time to explain the new phones. Answered all my questions. Trust me I had many questions. I would highly recommend the T-Mobile in Oak Creek.

I came here and Rubi and Alexandro helped me,my old phone was broken. They guided me and pleasant and I had a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommend this location
