I think this is a pretty decent little store. The employees I spoke with were pretty knowledgable and did not talk down to me. In comparing this store to other "cell phone" type stores the other thing that impressed me is how nice and clean this store is. BUT consider making an appointment. The first time I stopped in they were very busy and I ended up stopping back after 30 minutes and it was "normal". The guy was apologetic and thanked me for comming back. That goes a long way in this day and age!

This store is a JOKE. My phone shut itself off early in the morning, and would not go back on. I went to this store and told them the problem, and they tell me they have to order a phone through equipment replacement, which would mean I would have to wait 3-5 days for a phone. I told them what I thought of their store, and my phone ended up going out again 2 weeks later. This store, like most of Middleton, is stuck up and obnoxious....
