Despite usually having nothing good to say about the experience of changing phone plans, I have to say that David and Santiago at this location were great - super helpful and patient!
Tmobile isn't the type of place that you want to spend a Sunday afternoon but Jasmin in Crystal, MN made the entire experience pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable, nice and patient. Give her a raise! Thanks again Jasmin!
