Not enough direction
In may I noticed a $600 increase to my monthly T mobile bill. It was for a non returned device fee From a phone I had done an insurance claim for through T-Mobile/Assurant back in March. I called in and was told that the representative I was talking to had delt with this before and will get the a form filled out to get it corrected and that it should take up to 10 days.
