I was assisted by T Ngodup, and he was really helpful, knowledgeable and very professional and answered all my questions in simple language. It was a good buying experience overall. Highly recommended if you are looking to upgrade or switch over carriers.

Remi was seriously so helpful. I hope he is given many raises because he is literally the reason I chose to stay with T-Mobile when I went in. I was considering another phone company but thanks to him, I felt super taken care of and respected. Highly recommend this location if you have any issues, they will seriously walk you through EVERY step even when it has to be done in your phone or through a call.
