I am blown away by how amazing my experience was today. The store manager CJ, and associate David provided the perfect customer service. I have been working on getting added as a power of attorney for my disabled aunt. She hasn't been able to use her phone since she's been in the hospital. I have spent countless hours at Apple stores and mobile stores in personplus on the phone. I have submitted paperwork and waited and waited. Plenty of parking
Bad service. Rude manger. Mathew was not listening and was repeating himself. Kept trying to sell me a phone. When I asked for a claim and solution for my screen instead of helping me figure that out for 30 dollars I had to call another manger form another location to get the number to file. Complete unprofessional and disrespectful. The manger also didnt greet me when I walked in or asked why I stopped in tell after I sat and waited for 15 mins.
