Got my phone stolen and went to Tmoblie to get a secondary phone, Timo and Jasmin were so helpful and made my day!
Customer service sucks. They will have you sitting in the store for 30 minutes before even asking how can they help you.
Remi was so nice and personable to us! I came in to do 3 phone transfers and he walked us through every part of the process and was very transparent about any fees and pricing we needed to cover. Even when the process took a couple of hours and barely finished before closing, he stuck around and was so friendly until the end! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a phone store. Give this man a raise!!!!!
Timo was so incredibly helpful! Even though the problem didn’t totally resolve, he tried everything he could to help with the situation. Way better service compare to the other tmoblie store experiences I had before. Totally recommended!!
The workers were good helpful tried a few things unfortunately didn't get it resolved in store.
