Drove 45 minutes just for their excellent customer service and product knowledge. The Rochester corporate store could learn ALOT from this franchise store.
Very frustrating few times at Sprint this week as we attempted to move from Verizon. Prices for new phones and bundles were not quoted properly, they were understaffed on all 3 occasions I had to come into the store, and 0 accountability for their errors. I finally ordered our phones online and it took over 2 hours to get 3 lines set up today. It wasn't until I said I was very frustrated (very respectfully) and how good customer service would have at least apologized by now for the many inconveniences, did they apologize. Ov... read more
