ordered a new upgrade to my phone yesterday afternoon (switched from iphone4 to android7) anyhow, it arrived this morning ! then to the sprint store in forest lk where luke, the tech, not only activated my phone but first installed the battery for me (i hadn't a clue how to do it!) then went on to transfer all the info off my old phone onto the new ! reminds me of the day i assembled my first computer hardware- got that done then looked at my 12 year old son and asked "ok, now, how do i turn it on ?"
