We have been in this particular store two times this month. Once to upgrade and once to help our son open his own account. On both visits we were treated with respect and friendliness. They were very knowledgeable of and deals and all plans they had to offer. They worked very hard to get us the best deals possible to meet our needs. The sales staff and manager were very helpful with me and my family when we did an upgrade. They were upfront with any questions we had and didn't push us into something we didn't want like most sales people do. They made sure that we knew about every promotion and discount Sprint had to offer. We left very happy and satisfied so much so that we took our son back to open his very own account at there store.
The most appalling service I've ever had in any business. Insulting, rude to me and also heard them make derogatory comments about other customers. I've had a corporate account with Sprint for more than 8 years and the behavior by the employees was shocking compared to the great service we generally receive at other Sprint locations.
