Long story short, I hated my phone and was afraid of paying a large bill to remedy the issue I was having. Tommy the store manager and Ashley spent the better part of an hour helping me find a solution. It wasn't easy but they didn't send me on my way. They exhausted every possible way until we found a conclusion that didn't cost me very much at all. Very happy with the experience and recommend this store for any T- mobile customer. Thank you guys!
We had an issue with jumping our phones. After 2 days of figuring it, we finally got it. The team here is amazing! So happy with my iPhone 13pro! So glad I came to this location!
