RecommendedHad issues with my husbands phone for over a year and the last iOS update brought it all to a head. Spent 2hrs at the Sprint location at Arapahoe Crossings, and their amazing staff spent two hours working on his phone with the most convoluted, crazy scenario any of us had ever seen. His phone is working perfectly now- all because of their diligence. Victor G. was amazing- thank you so much!!!

This store is a joke! Don’t bother with them or Sprint.
Upgraded my phone online, when I called to have it activated I asked if I could just turn my old phone in to a store instead of mailing it in because quite frankly, I don’t trust them. Guy said yes absolutely take it into a store. I called the store I was going to take it into TWICE. Both times someone answered and hung up. So I go to the store with my phone, and the guy says I have to mail it in. Really? You guys are seriously the most incompetent morons I have ever had to deal with. Your customer service is a joke. I'm glad I made an appointment, they do get busy there. The Tech that worked with me was able to fix my phone in a timely manner.
