(Wednesday, Dec 16); NIGHTMARE Sprint store at 88th and Sheridan. I stopped in this past weekend because my texts weren't coming through on my phone. The store's system was down and they were unable to help anyone , so I came in again tonight at about 5:10 (only a few customers in the store) and was directed to a sullen tech who didn't know how to fix my phone so he added my name to the queue to be assisted by a sales rep since I expressed an interest in trading in my phone. place is great , had a ring on the inside my screen and phone was acting up insurance would not fix my phone ,and they did . thank you megan and staff

Amazing team – I have had very good business in this location I have a big account with them and never have had a prob with staff or phones, I feel like family when i go to this sprint store. I was totally recommend them to anyone, they know there stuff and get all issues fixed every time I go in. There pricing is amazing and so is there staff. The tech staff is amazing and they for sure know everything you need to get your phone working.

Worst Service EVER – So I have had sprint for my business less than 3 weeks and had so many equipment issues it is not funny. They like to argue constantly and fight with Customers and do not want to help out in any way. They say they have Customer Account Executives that will call back in 24-48 hours well I am here to tell you I have not gotten a phone call, letter, or anything for 3 weeks. Calling the store – All I want to do, is call your phone number, and speak to a rep. I don't need to hear that I am tech savvy, or the plethora of other options that I have to go through. Direct is better. Thank you
