Lol. Why would you recommend sprint? They lie about how much your bill will be to get you to sign up for their terrible service and then do nothing to fix it once you’re under contract.
Sprint promised to pay my final bill if I switched from Verizon to Sprint. My final Verizon bill is $1,262.00 and, after a lengthy delay, Sprint sent me three $100 Visa gift cards. Clearly, $300 falls far short of the promised amount. I have contact Sprint multiple times. Each time Sprint has either disconnected my call, or promised to get back to me and they never do. Sprint has reneged on its promise, and I don't think Sprint should tell lies to attract new customers.
Despite making an appointment they still took the walk-ins before us. We ended up being waiting on a half hour after the appointment time. And insult to injury they ended up taking someone else that walked in after us before us still. Unprofessional and unorganized service.
