The guys here are great, they’re very knowledgeable of their products and plans. I needed a wifi and I had prepaid service but I was told I could get a separate account with the wifi only or I could switch my prepaid phone number to postpaid too and get a deal on a phone. they gave me a pretty sweet deal for my phone line and a free phone and I also got a $20 discount on the wifi price just for switching to postpaid so It was definitely worth it to do the switch. Terrible customer service. Not knowledgeable of products. Simply rude. Drive to Denver.
My phone would not turn on. Eddy helped get the phone back on. He was thorough and very professional. I would like to have employees that are as competent as Eddie.
They added 2 lines to my account without my permission or knowledge. Check your account after doing any business here. Fraud.
