My phone would not turn on. Eddy helped get the phone back on. He was thorough and very professional. I would like to have employees that are as competent as Eddie.

I stopped in the store yesterday to inquire about home internet service. The person was helpful and friendly. I said I would stop back tomorrow to sign up. Today I went back to do the sign up. A different guy was there and was rude and unhelpful. Told us we had a prepaid plan and that they couldn't sell us internet or a phone at any price. That didn't make sense to us because they offer a $20 discount on internet if you have a phone plan with them. Wouldn't that stand to reason that they sell it for $20 more to anyone?? If I could give a negative I would. They scammed me out of money and tried to charge 2 tablets to my account. I have never been more disrespected. Victor is a fraud. Thankful to have gone back to Verizon!!!
