Geraldo (aka Ocean), the General Manager of the Dillon store, and his team did a great job troubleshooting-shooting the issues we were having with our phones. They were patient and stayed late until they solved our phone’s issues…even though we came in close to closing time. Thank you for your extra efforts to solve the issues and provide great customer service. We appreciate it.

Horrible experience. First thing I noticed after walking in; Floors were FILTHY. The manager (Gerardo) was shoving Taco Bell in his mouth while it was dripping all over the counter. (I know better than to eat in front of customers) then I made a payment on my phone which was later voided so now dealing with customer service over the phone to fix it. The man running the store kept shrugging his shoulders as he didn’t know what to do and was forcing me to accept answers to questions I wasn’t comfortable with. Please go ANYWHER... read more

Words cannot describe how amazing and helpful this experience was with Ocean. He stayed an hour and a half past their closing time to help us out. Not only did he help us out with great professionalism, but we had fun. When we showed up ocean was helping five customers at once in multiple languages. Ocean was timely, friendly and made for the best experience.
