This sprint store had the worst customer service I ever experienced in a Sprint store. I made an online service appointment through Sprint. When I arrived, I as told that they do not honor online service appointments at that location. Also, I was told that it would be at least 90 minutes before a service tech cold see me. After that, I'd have to wait for the problem to be diagnosed and it could be several hours. I don't see how a cell phone store that does not honor corporate police can even stay in business.
