10 years with sprint and then these idiots take over. Horrible experience and customer service.
Our service is awful and has been from the beginning. We had the worst Experience ever in this store....wasting 4 hours. Our associate Brandon was very sweet and truly couldn’t help what happened, but the manager was useless and this was the worst customer service i have ever seen. We immediately cancelled our Sprint contract.
Great service! I’m from out of town and I lost my phone in the lake while hiking. So in my case I did not want to be states away home without one. The guy there gave me all my option and I was due for upgrade! Thanks guys for making my negative hiking experience into a positive Sprint experience! Thanks Igor?!!
