I have never seen such poor customer service. The reps in the store are not to blame, it's the managers that train them and also lies to customers. The rep suggested I change my plan and all hell broke loose, my bill increased instead of decreasing, I demanded they put it back to the original plan. I was told several times they could not. The store manger lied and Said he changed it but never did I was charged surcharges on 3 lines because of all the changes. Went here yesterday the staff was friendly and very helpful!
Worst customer service ever! They charge you for things you did not ask for and the employees are clueless!
They were so helpful, and super nice. They got the job done, and now I'm a Sprint customer.
