SHAIANNE was great! She helped my brother with his upgrade and went above and beyond to help him set up his esim when the system was failing to activate his new phone. She stayed over 40 min with him with customer care to help him out! Great customer service!

Not worth going their plans stink. Then when u go u have to wait sign in with ur phone then hurry up n wait when u only one in store. Then they try to upsell. Stuck with Metro PCs over T-Mobile
