First they all don't know what they doing only one that really knows what there doing is the manager here. Don't go to this store they misleading free phones etc haha u need the higher plans like over 100 a month plan to get 0 down n free phones plus u need exellent credit and yes they do a hard pull on ur credit. Other plans too u pay the taxes on phones plus 35 activation fee per phone. So let's see 900 dollar phones cost u at least 130 per phone that's fees n taxes n activation . u have to have auto pay no auto pay it's 5... read more

OK first their 0 down and 0 walk out the door is false leading .yes u can get it but on a high monthly plan like 130 and up. Senior plan for 60 a month u have to pay all taxes and fees so for 2 phones u paying minimum 400 and it's only certain phones and u have to keep plan minimum 2 years with bill credits to get phones for free. It's all a scam I'm a senior went into store for a few phones and had to pay over 250 dollars tmobile u scam people ! U miss lead people esp seniors!!!!
