The staff at that store are horrible. Except for Skilynn. They talk about customers behind their backs. Lie about pricing, and have a major attitude. I went in the store once completely unsatisfied. Resolved the issue. Then went back to be reprimanded by a staff member. She told me to never speak to her manager like that again. What happened to the customer is always right? Sprint lied to me....$35 is only if you get 5 lines or more...doesn't say that in the add....poster in the store doesn't say it either....sales girl couldn't find it in the fine print but assured me it was only with 5 lines.....they got me down to $50 from $75 which is a savings from AT&T....but I said nah cause I felt tricked....
