Worst customer service! Bought a wireless hot spot for $100 and went to bestbuy and they had them for $1.00. This is a franchise store total rip off. They jack up there prices and rip you off. Also charge $35 activation fee. RadioShack activation fee $0.00. Also if u return something they charge a deactivation fee of $35. RadioShack $0.00. Dang guess a franchise owned mcds should charge 1.99 for a mc double instead of a company price of $0.99. I would not recommend anyone to this place.
