Worst T-Mobile store around. Horrible experience with CHUCK NEWSOME. He promises all of these things, gets you to turn out your pockets so he makes commissions and then after you're committed, he doesn't deliver. I probably spent $500 to $600 or more there so he could "work it out to get me a cheaper monthly payment". When the time came to make the changes to my account, all of the sudden it wouldn't work. Thank you... – I typically do not write reviews of retail establishments, however, when customer service is noticed as being excellent, one should know about it! I would like to thank Terrence at your store for being incredibly patient, informative and helpful during our process of ordering five phones for our family! He went out of his way to give us exceptional service... thank you Terrence... your kindness did not go unnoticed!

Great Friendly Service – I have been a customer for years. They have given me very good advice one example : on buying phones for my daughters. Some she liked , one she didn't like ., and they let me return it no hassles . I also bought a G-1 and I was so nieve, I didn't know the emails and internet was 30/month extra. My daughter was a junior and I didn't think she needed 24/7 access to internet. They again let me return it . I have 5 phones with them at all times. Phone service is terrible, customer service is ok – If I'm luck I'll receive my voice mails hours after there left. Very spotty service areas, I usually have to ask my wife for her ATT phone to make calls. The representatives at the stores do the best they can, with the limited resources Tmobile offers in terms of the phone service. I'm switching to ATT.
