Matt has no customers service skills. Very disappointing in the treatment of Matt when I was looking for information to upgrade my phone.
I've been a t mobile customer for about 15 years and this was the best brick and mortar location I've been to anywhere in the US. Naomi was our associate and Matt was the manager. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Two thumbs up

Giovanni gave me a comfortable experience and he is the person i would recommend and the other guy that was there...the people i saw the day before were not that helpful and was only concerned in making a commission...so i stopped them and told them that i would only talk to Giovanni...he and the other guy seemed to the only ones to care and give me the best deal...
