Totally incompetant and unprofessional. Have no right being in business. Lost all my data, after being told not to touch phone if there was a chance anything could be lost. Work area was covered in candy and wrappers, while Hurley look alike stuffed his mouth. Claimed to have product knowledge, but had to call corp to ask where the battery was in my phone. Drive a few extra miles to Milford or Orange, and don't let these idiots near your phone. I wouldn't trust them to peal the paper off a crayon.
