This store is terrible. They gave me the wrong phone and when I went back to try a correct it, they said I lied and it wasn’t their fault. The manager is almost never going there but he is the one who needs to do most things within the store that people need help with. Would never ever recommend going to this store.
This rating is not necessarily directed at a specific person but at TMobile in general. I have now spent 2 months and many hours trying to straighten out my billing. Because of my mobility problems I tried via their customer service department first. After talking for hours with no less than 10 different people including supervisors my problems just got worse. Today I went to this store for the third time and was told a discount was not applied properly and they would fix the problem. Same statement three times in a row now.... read more
The staff didn’t know anything I was telling them (which plan I wanted, they didn’t know what plans were offered) and then added the protection plan the next day after I specifically declined it. It’s illegal
