Horrible experience
Cheyenne and Osiah - Best service ever! I had been having trouble with my phone dropping calls and Osiah took my phone, explained what happened and immediately fixed it! Plus no pressure sales lol. I asked about ear buds, he taught me the difference and i made my choice. I had canceled tmobile for a cheaper ($10 a mo) co. But they didn't have the service of tmobile - its people like Osiah and Cheyenne that keep me at tmobile

Cheyenne and Laurel were incredibly helpful and patient when my fiance needed a new phone. Historically it’s never been an easy process but they made it very simple and painless. My fiance isn’t the most technologically inclined person and they were able to assist through the entire process and got everything working smoothly. Thank you ladies!
