I came across this location and upon entering I was warmly greeted by Mekhi. I was inquiring about an upgrade and he made sure every question I had was answered in the most sincere and eloquent fashion. He made sure that I understood the different options I had available and took his time to make sure I was well informed. I had an amazing experience at the T-Mobile store! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Chantel and Trinity were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. Noah and Osiah gave me the best service ever. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, cheerful, and best of all, efficient. They know what they're doing which gives them time to be really good with people. Switching my service from Verizon to T•Mobile was real easy on their end of it. Thanks guys!
