Poor customer service!!! Been wth sprint 10 years.. more liars and hidden fees than ever before!! Service stinks so bad I have nothing but time to sit here and write this while I wait.

Terrible, deceitful customer service. Salesman just trying to make commission. Prices changed (aka salesman didn’t know what he was talking about) after we waited for phones to come in stock (were told 1-2 days and after waiting and calling to inquire on status, told it was more like 3 weeks to get the phones in). Poor follow through from manager as well. 6-10 sales reps on the floor both times we were in but the majority stayed in the back instead of serving customers... bad atmosphere. We took our business elsewhere.

decided to give this store another try after my first bad experience while waiting for my wife to get her nails done I decided to go in again talk to one of the employees in the manager who told me to come back with my wife due to it being her account when we return she got into the store before I did talk to the manager on my talk to you earlier he said he was going in the back room for a moment I went in joined her he then came out of the back room and started helping other customers that had come in long after we had long... read more

Very disappointed. Couple days ago talk to the manager who wanted to upgrade my account said everything was good to go to pay off my old phone and we would upgrade two lines spent an hour there that day was set up for an appointment today due to it being no setup fees today paid off my phone and walked out the door with nothing. So much for I'm the manager if I say it can be done it will be done.
